She was predeceased by: her parents, Pierce Matthews and Corrie Matthews (Bedenbaugh); and her husband Delbert R. Burnor. She is survived by: her son Hubert Burnor (Gale) of Bennington; her grandchildren, Anthony (Alisha Twaits), Brian (Carol) and Lisa; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Jr., Michael, Sullivan, Kathryn, Mary and Molly; and her brother Lorenzo Matthews of South Carolina.
