He was predeceased by: his parents, Talley Williams and Louise McMullen Williams; his wife Katie; and his daughter Evelyn Smith. He is survived by: his children, Shon Williams (Jessica) of Bainbridge, Tammy Brown (Terry) of Phenix City, Robin Freeman (Bill), Diane Wynn (Roger) of Bainbridge, Penny Ivey of Covington, Patricia Scoggins of Eatonton, Jimmy Lazenby (Kitty) of Madison and Linda Howard of Brinson, Georgia; and his brother Frank Williams (Linda) of Bainbridge. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren.
