He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Rushford and Iva Mae Rushford (Eldred); his former wife Mary Paneralla; his wife Ronell Rushford; and his brother-in-law Thomas Richards.
He is survived by: his son Jasper F. Rushford, III; his stepson William Richards of St. Albans; his daughters, Claire "Mickey" Kelly (Edward), Jacqueline Ferro, Mae Hawkins and Juliette Dorval (Valerie Yost); his sisters, Joyce Greene (Roland) of Craftsbury and Jerrilyn Eldred (Chuck) of St. Albans; and also Ruby Burnor of Bennington. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
