He was predeceased by: his brothers, Fred Chamberlain and Douglas Chamberlain. He is survived by: his wife Kristin Chamberlain of Warren, VT; his children, Kira H. Chamberlain (RJ Austin) of Orlando, FL and Adam J. Chamberlain (Rachael) of Attleboro, MA; his granddaughters, Caitlyn and Emma Chamberlain; his siblings, Christine Chamberlain (Paul Vilcans), Julie Caouette (Barry), Neal Chamberlain, George Chamberlain (Suzanne) and Michael Chamberlain (Bonnie Rudner); and his sister-in-law Shauna Chamberlain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
