Juanita Claflin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2021, at the age of 82, Juanita Claflin of Fayston, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her aunt Edna Spooner; her husband John Melvin Claflin; her parents, Alonzo Spooner and June Spooner; her grandson Shawn Claflin; her siblings, Benjamin, Forrest, Alonzo, Jr. and Ester Phillips; her son-in-law Bryan Taylor; her children, Timothy Claflin (Barbara Watters) of Williamstown, VT, Tammy Vaughan (Steward) of Newbury, VT, Terry Claflin (Linda) of Topsham, VT and Tina Taylor of Ocala, FL; her siblings, James Spooner (Georgiana) of Topsham, VT, Anthony Spooner (Cynthia) of Topsham, VT, Thomas Spooner (Terry) of Orange, VT, Patricia Johnson of Braintree, VT, Ramona Miller of Ocala, FL, Linda Smith Riddell of Ocala, FL, Victoria Cameron (Bruce) of Ocala, FL, Rebecca Spooner of Barre, VT and Maureen Abare of Topsham, VT; her sister-in-law Leona Spooner of Rowe, MA; and her uncle Fred Spooner of Bradford, VT. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, a multitude of friends.
She passed from "Broken Heart Syndrome" and Covid-19.
