He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Andress (Boucher) and Theodore P. Andress Sr.; and his stepfather Julian F. Andress. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Andress (Laware); his daughters, Kimberly Wessel (Troy Wessel) of Scarborough, Karen O'Donnell (Patrick O'Donnell) of Westfield and Kelly Carter (Seth Carter) of Orford; his grandchildren, Benjamin Wessel (Katie Rose), Samuel Wessel (Lauren Carlton), Nathaniel Wessel, Kelsey (O'Donnell), Cody Patch, Ryan O'Donnell (Gabrielle Aranda), Sienna Carter, Kyle Carter and Shaylee Carter; his siblings, Francis Julian Andress (Sandra) of Plainfield, NH and Gail Smith (Edmond) of Newport, NH.; his family, Judith (Laware), Glenn Durell of West Lebanon, Douglas and Daryl Laware of Vershire, Vermont.; and also, Jack and Claire Patch. He is also survived by extended family are many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
