He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazen Smith and Betty Smith (King); his wife Barbara Smith (Lange); his siblings, Lorraine Howland of Lebanon, NH, Virginia Crow of Piermont, NH, Glenn Smith of Lebanon, NH, Hazen Smith, Jr. of Franklin, NH and Gene Smith of North Chichester, NH; his stepson Kevin Bell (Jan); his grandsons, Sean and Bradley; and his stepdaughter Sharon Bell.
