It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Prudence Jackson (Fairfax, Vermont), who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Mitchell and Margaret Mitchell; her husband Wayne Latham Jackson of South Portland, ME.; her siblings, Myron, William, Stephen (John), Arthur Mitchell, Jane Waltz, Alice and Marilyn Mitchell; her son-in-law Ronald Laubenstein; and her granddaughter Katie Laubenstein.

She is survived by: her children, Karen J. Laubenstein of Anchorage, AK, Dianne E. Giddinge (Larry) of Gray, ME, Gail J. Wolff (Peter) and Thomas W. Jackson (Robin) of Beaverton, OR.; her grandchildren, James Laubenstein, Brian Giddinge, Ashley (Giddinge), Parkes (Alexander), Abbie, Andrew, Nicholas Wolff, Thomas and Emily Jackson; her great grandchild Lennon Giddinge; her siblings, Evelyn Cookson and Richard Mitchell (Dianne); and her caregivers, Loralee Meserve and Charlene Young. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
