James left this world on December 30, 2024 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Nora (Smith) and Earl E. Kinney; his sister Nancy; and his niece Pam Fuller (Rooney). He is survived by: his children, Karen (Kinney), Tibbits (Jason) and Kevin Kinney (Beth Brown); his grandchildren, Hayden, Ashton Tibbits and Ella Kinney; his close friend Roger St. Cyr (Nicky Ford); his niece Carmen Fuller (Rooney); his aunt Shirley Maynard; and his great-nieces, Amanda and Heidi Fuller.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cambridge Elementary School (186 School St, Cambridge, VT 05464).
