He was predeceased by: his son Geoffrey; his parents, Virginia and George; his parents-in-law, Marjorie and Rollin Bixby; and his siblings, Annie Widrig, Gloria Garrapy and Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bixby; his children, Michael Forsey (Brenda) of Westford, VT, Michelle McMahon of Essex, VT and Jennifer McGuinness (Michael) of Northwood, NH; his grandchildren, Jaida Driscoll, Brandi Broe (Tyler), Nicole Leggett (Shane), Mikayla Forsey, Natalie McMahon, Saere McGuinness and Nathan McMahon; his great grandchildren, Saige, Mckenzie and Marshall; his sister Molly Page; his nieces and nephews, Patrick Widrig, Bruce Garrapy (Wendy), David Pennycook (Patty), Christine Garrapy and Sherri Page; and his caregivers, Julie, Sheila, Jessica, Michele, Rachel, Stephanie and Crystal. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
