She was predeceased by: her grandson Anthony Gomez. She is survived by: her husband William Blum; her children, Debbie Tovey (Ed) of Middleburg Hts, Kimberly Herne (Bob) of St Albans, Rebecca Gomez of Fairfax and Matthew Schwarzman of Fletcher Vt; her grandchildren, Patrick Tovey, Bridget Tovey, Steven Gomez (Rebeka) and Jessica Gomez; her great grandchild Osa Grace Gomez; her sister Jean Groseclose of Fairfax; her brother-in-law Jim Groseclose of Fairfax; and also Martha Smith of Enosburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and cousins.
In the last few years, Charlotte was stricken with Alzheimer's disease.
