She is survived by: her husband Raymond Pentkowski of Fair Haven; her son Raymond II of Ocala; her grandson Eric Pentkowski of Ocala; her siblings, Elaine Skjetne (Bjarne) of Proctor and Michael of California; her siblings-in-law, Judy Gildersleeve (Peter) of Proctor and David Gildersleeve (Terri) of Rutland; and her niece Kayla.
