She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Vladyka and Gladys Vladyka (Spencer). She is survived by: her sons, William H. Short of Low Hampton, NY. and Robert M. Short of Low Hampton, NY.; and her caregivers, Fran, Angie, Alex, Janet, Sally Beayon and Dr. Allen Eisemann. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
