He was predeceased by: his parents, Tracy and Mary E Baldwin (Howard); his siblings, John T Baldwin of West Haven and Sandra Ouelette of Rutland, VT; his son-in-law John Davenport of Poultney, VT; and his grandson Zachary Baldwin of Spokane, WA..
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynn Wemette; his children, Denise Priddy (Glenn) of Enfield, CT, Wendy Davenport (Russell Johnson) of Poultney, Dean Baldwin (Navarat) of Tipp City, OH and Brian Baldwin of Spokane, WA; and his siblings, Harlan Baldwin (Birgit) of Aurora, Colorado, Sheila Pettis (Donald) of West Haven, VT and Judy Fortin (Frank) of Locust Grove, Georgia.. He is also survived by Eleven Grandchildren; 15 Great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
