It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Komlos (Essex, Vermont), born in Orwell, Vermont, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertrand Doane and Bernadette Doane (Briere); her husband Joseph Komlos; and her sisters, Shirley Anne Faverty (Doane) and Flora Jane Towle (Doane).
She is survived by: her sisters, Joby (David Mallory) of Fair Haven, VT and Judy Doane (Bill Cutler) of San Francisco, CA; and her cousin Philip Briere of Poultney, VT. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
