She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Irish and Mary Irish. She is survived by: her husband Mike Jacobs; her son Scotie Jacobs; her grandchildren, Kinsley and Hailey; her son Shaun Jacobs (Brittany Garland); her adoptive children, Larry and Liz Lamphere; her sister Linda Ravenelle (Jim Ravenelle); her siblings-in-law, Susie Piche, Bernie Ravenelle, David Jacobs (Jackie) and Timothy Jacobs (Becky); her nieces and nephews, Nichole Swanson (Charlie) and Chris Doucas (Erin); and also, Mathew, Skylar and Atticus.
