We bid farewell to Patricia Ann Jacobs of Essex, Vermont, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 9, 2024 at the age of 73. Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Irish and Mary Irish. She is survived by: her husband Mike Jacobs; her son Scotie Jacobs; her grandchildren, Kinsley and Hailey; her son Shaun Jacobs (Brittany Garland); her adoptive children, Larry and Liz Lamphere; her sister Linda Ravenelle (Jim Ravenelle); her siblings-in-law, Susie Piche, Bernie Ravenelle, David Jacobs (Jackie) and Timothy Jacobs (Becky); her nieces and nephews, Nichole Swanson (Charlie) and Chris Doucas (Erin); and also, Mathew, Skylar and Atticus.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the A. W. Rich Funeral Home - Essex Chapel (57 Main St, Essex Junction, VT 05452). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Catholic Church (6 Green St, Underhill, VT 05490).
