It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Ann Whitcomb of Essex, Vermont, born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, James Barrett and Annette Martin Barrett; her husband David Whitcomb; her pet Whitty; her sons, Benjamin Pratt, Jarod Pratt (Stephanie) and Travis Pratt (Megan); her stepdaughter Kendra Burke (Jim); her siblings, Brenda Barrett and Loren Barrett; and her grandchildren, Owen, Dagan, Madison, Charlotte, Annabel, Jacob, Flynn, Reese, Maxton and Weston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
