He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Brown of Essex; his children, James Michael "Jaimie" Brown Jr. of Cairo, Egypt, Maureen Brown of Essex Junction and Amy Brown-Cordi (John) of Vestal; his sister Anne Brown; and his grandchildren, Shannon Day, Regan Day, Killian Day, Ryan Cordi and Nicholas Cordi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
