It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David R. Magnant (Essex, Vermont), who passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Magnant and Gwendolyn Magnant (Guthrie); his brothers, Royce (Therese), Claude, Bradley (Marilyn) and Thomas (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Olivia Duffy.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Magnant (Duffy); his children, Mark Magnant (Kristin) and Susan Tomasi (Torrey); his granddaughters, Madeleine, Taylor and Emily; and his in-laws, Aline Magnant, Donna, Raymond Magnant, Patricia, Stewart Hammond, Lawrence Duffy and James Duffy. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Mass will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (158 West St, Essex Junction, VT 05452).
