With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chandler Davis Nims (Essex, Vermont), born in Barre, Vermont, who passed away on March 10, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Nims and Ruth Nims; and his daughter Cheryl Marie. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his daughter Cathy Lee Carper; his brother Robert (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Brendon (Kristen), Bryon and Brynna-Lee; his great grandchild Soliman; his niece Abigail Nims; his nephew Anthony Nims; and his close friend Maggie. He is also survived by his family); numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, and if so desired, memorial contributions in his name may be considered to the McClure Miller Respite House or the Humane Society of Chittenden County.
