With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley H Betts of Essex Junction, Vermont, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Richard H. Betts (Dick); her parents, Edwin Hurlburt and Elizabeth Darrow Hurlburt; her siblings-in-law, Rodger, Marilyn Fryer, Mike and Mary Minko; and her grandson Joshua Betts.
She is survived by: her children, John Betts (Renee) and Susan Elia (Pete); her brothers, Richard Hurlburt (Theresa) and James Hurlburt (Lecky); her grandsons, Lucas Betts, Ryan Elia and Jordan Elia; and her family Junior. She is also survived by nephew and many nieces.
