He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Leavstrom and Esther Leavstrom (Anderson); and his brother Clifford. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Leavstrom; his son Chad Allen (Sherri); his grandchildren, Jacob, Ryan and William; his daughter Heather Barnard (Jason); his grandchildren, Morgan, Brody and Brooke; his daughter Kirsten Leavstrom; his grandchildren, Harper and Ellie Hendy; his children, Benjamin Allen and Linnea DeRosia (Dominic); his grandchildren, Olivia Leavstrom (Avery Henley), Madison and Sydney; and his sisters, Phyllis Mikhail and Debbie Lembke (Mark). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and his church family.
