He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcel Legrand and Gladys Russin Legrand; his brothers, Joseph and Leo; and his daughter Elizabeth Irene.
He is survived by: his wife Reba Root; his daughter Leora; his sister Theresa Raymond (Rae Marie); and his sister-in-law Peg Legrand. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Due to Covid-19 and winter closing for burials, services will be held in the spring.
