Rebecca Blanchard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Blanchard of Essex Junction, Vermont, who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George B. Hayes and Geneva A. Hayes (Barry); her husband Rene; and her siblings, James Hayes (Helen), Veronica Brooks (Robert) and Mary Hayes Read (Edmond).
She is survived by: her aunt Becky; her nephew Rene J. Read (Lee McNeil Read); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nate and Landon.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Corbin & Palmer Funeral Chapel (9 Pleasant St, Essex Junction, VT 05452). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (30 Lincoln St, Essex Junction, VT 05452).
