He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his brothers, James O'Grady and Peter O'Grady (Pooly); his nephews, Chris O'Grady (Tiffy), Marc O'Grady (Ali), Ryan O'Grady and Aaron O'Grady; his niece Lisa O'Grady; his great-nieces, Ella, Quinn and Ava O'Grady; and his great-nephew Max O'Grady. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Monica's Church.
