She is survived by: her sister Lena Barry (Phil); and her children, Wendy (Miles Scully), Bettie Jo (John Rogers), Larry Whaples (Amanda), Gale (Rick Weld) and Walter Whaples (Kristine). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
