She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred DeBarge and Ida DeBarge (Provost); her husband Robert Belval; and her brothers, Harold (Ruth DeBarge) and Raymond (Shirley DeBarge).
She is survived by: her children, Monica Meigs (Dale Meigs) of Coventry, VT, David Belval (Inez) of Garden Ridge, TX, Maureen Leggett (Richard Leggett) of St. Albans, VT and Roberta (Kevin Greenan) of Palmetto, FL; her daughter-in-law Jackie (Randy Powers) of Jacksonville, FL.; her grandchildren, Scott Meigs, Stacy Fournier, Jody Meigs, Maria Raszka, Ron Joly, Wendy Goff, Patricia of Washington, Erick Leggett, Angela Leggett, Jonathan Belval, Kelly Allyn Jones, Kristen Cheryl Alvarado and Kimberly Michelle Spicer; and her friend Monica Paquette (Eric Paquette) of Winooski, VT.. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
