He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Sr. Goodrich and Ethyl Goodrich; his son-in-law Jon Woods; and his siblings, Herbert Goodrich Jr., Richard Goodrich, Daniel Goodrich Sr., Barbara Donnelly, Ruby Roberts and Peggy Snelling.
He is survived by: his wife Kathyleen; his son Andrew Goodrich (Katherine) of Essex Jct; his grandchildren, Jared Goodrich (Jenna) of Rutland and Jordan Goodrich of Winooski; his daughter Jennifer Woods; his grandson Daniel Woods (Danielle); and his brother Peter Goodrich of Addison.
