James Benware Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2023, at the age of 74, James Benware of Essex Junction, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harwood Benware and Pauline Benware; and his sister Marie Olen. He is survived by: his son Adam Benware (Justina) of Broadlands, VA; his granddaughters, Cora and Quinn; his son Ryan Benware of Essex Junction, VT; his grandson Ashton Benware-Carranza of Burlington, VT; his son Devin Benware (Katie Machia) of Happy Valley, OR; his brothers, Gary Benware, Paul Benware (Debbe), Mark Benware (Ericka Roberts) and Karl Benware (Debbie); and his close friend Judy King. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
