He is survived by: his wife Kathy Carver; his daughters, Emily Carver (Ben), Kate Carver and Molly Carver (Mike); his sisters, Diana Cristofori (Paul) and Debbie Carver; his half-brothers, Bill Carver and Adam Carver; and his stepmother Marilyn Carver. He is also survived by his family and close friends.
