It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Lou Burnham Blanchette in Essex Junction, Vermont, born in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Robert Thompson; her siblings, Thayer Burnham (Catherine), Natalie Eberly (Dale), Elizabeth Nicoll (William) and Bill Burnham; and also Ron Blanchette.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Thompson; her children, Linda Livingstone (Bob), Paul Thompson (Carol) and Cindy Cykon (Phil); her daughter-in-law Linda Thompson; her sister-in-law Norma Burnham of Chetek; her close friend Carolyn Wilson; her daughter-in-law Rainy Blanchette; and also, Jackie Masse (Del), Betti Zehnacker (David), Diane Valway (Rick) and Donna Sprout (Greg). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and several great -great grandchildren.
