It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Norman Vachon of Essex Center, Vermont, born in Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 7, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Vachon and Cecile Vachon (Robinson); and his sisters, Doris Torchia (Vachon Motzi) and Marlene McGinnity. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Michaud; his children, Norman Vachon (Sohier) of Windsor, Elaine (Bill Nyhagen) of Essex and Julie (Larry Reynolds) of Westford; his grandchildren, Stephanie Reynolds (Blake Matheny) of Kanazawa, Evan Reynolds of Oregon City, Kelly Nyhagen (Forrest Berndt) of Orlando, Lisa Nyhagen of Boulder, Erik Nyhagen (Madeleine Kim) of Essex, Peter Vachon (Maddie Meffert) of Hibbing, Kristina (Safwan Daya) of Rohnert Park and Natalie Albanna of Windsor; and his great grandchildren, Noula, Melania and Rhys Roger.
