She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Davenport and Nancy Davenport (Roemer); her stepparents, Harry Nash and Millie Davenport; her brothers, Theodore Davenport and Ralph Nash; her father-in-law Donald Phelps; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Phelps.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Phelps of East Thetford, VT; her sons, James Arnold (Lisa), David Arnold of Sheldon, VT, Matthew Arnold of Enfield, CT and Douglas Phelps (Amanda Wotton) of Quechee, VT.; her granddaughters, Daisy, Lily Phelps and Makenzie Arnold; her siblings, Lynda Oliver and Daniel Nash (Linda); her mother-in-law Phyllis Phelps; her brother-in-law David Phelps (Yana); and her friends, Irene Bills, Tena Phelps and Darcy Husson.
The family would like to request that anyone who wishes to, to make a donation to The Jack Byrne Center or Bayada Hospice in Mardi's name.
