He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick B. Brown and Eula P. Brown (Fifield); and his wife Barbara Brown. He is survived by: his children, Michele Brown Bailey (Brickett Bailey) of Hyde Park, VT and Maurice Patrick Brown of Essex Jct; his grandsons, Harold L. Bailey III of Edmunds, WA and Frederick G. Bailey; his brother Robert Brown (Carolyn) of East Montpelier, VT; and his sister-in-law Patricia Mills of Manchester, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
