He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Clayton and Nancy Clayton (Sibley); his wife Sue (Beck); his children, Richard "Rick" Clayton (Brandy Walker-Clayton) of East Montpelier and Katherine "Kate" Clayton of East Montpelier; his grandchildren, Kylee, Quinton, Dylan and Trevor; his great grandchildren, Colton and Greyson; his sister Barbara Ploof (Allen); his nephews, Randall "Randy" and William "Will" Ploof (Mary Bouchard); and his uncle Put. He was also cherished by many in-laws and their children.
