It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald J. Tosi of East Montpelier, Vermont, who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald J. Tosi to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giacomo Tosi and Gioconda Tosi; his wife Sylvia; and his siblings, Elmo, Alfred, Nelson, James, Donato, Gloria and Gladys.
He is survived by: his significant other Sue Shattuck (Morse); his children, Jeffrey Tosi (Donna) of Vernon, VT, Laurie Mekkelsen (Bruce) of East Montpelier, VT, Steven Tosi (Tracy) of Sidney, ME, Gregory Tosi (Erin) of Portland, ME and Marcia Tosi of Farmington, ME; his grandchildren, Kayla, Trevor, Italia Tosi, Olivia, Ashley, Jenna, John Mekkelsen, Christopher, Elizabeth Tosi, Jacob, Lauren Tosi, Madison, Ethan and Natalie Dulac; and his great grandchildren, Maiya, Kolbie and Colsen. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Monica Catholic Church (79 Summer St, Barre, VT 05641).
