He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne Williams; his grandson Ryan A. Batchelder; his brother Clarence Williams; his half-siblings, Ernest Bourtelle, Calvin Bourtelle, Walter Bourtelle, Mary Rose Bourtelle Lamont and Pearlene Bourtelle Thompson; and his stepbrother Arthur Bolton.
He is survived by: his children, Francis "Bud" Williams, Jr. of East Haven, VT, Brenda Gadapee (Steve) of East Haven, VT, Brian Williams (Wendy) of Lunenburg, VT, Jeff Williams of East Haven, VT and Lisa Batchelder (Mike) of Hernando, FL; and his stepchildren, Dean Moffatt (Tunde) of Philadelphia, NY, Cheryl Whitaker (Edward) of Lyndonville, VT and Michael Moffatt of East Burke, VT.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and countless family members and precious friends.
