He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anna Fitch (Wren) and Arthur Fitch of East Calais, VT.; his siblings, Nancy Muncil of Marlboro, NH, Patricia Clark of Bradford, VT., Raymond Chartier Jr., Bernard Chartier, Theodore Chartier, Philip Chartier and Judy Chartier; his stepfather Raymond Chartier; his wife Judith Carpenter; his close friend Melvin Carpenter; his daughter Sheila Bedi (Fitch); his son-in-law Jeffery Worcester; and his granddaughter Stella Star of South Vershire, VT..
