She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Schmidt and Gwendolyn Schmidt (Fisher); her husband Victor Gauvin; and her brother Terry Schmidt. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Roy (Cameron), David Gauvin of East Burke, Matthew Gauvin (Barb) of Wheelock and Amy Gauvin of East Burke; her siblings, Alan Schmidt (Irene) and Tracy Schmidt (Terri); and her close friend Emily Calkins.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
