He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicanor Aja and Carlotta Aja (Sassi); his wife Claire (Lemieux); and his siblings, Marcelino, Peter, Paul and Flores Cummings.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne Aja (Ian Chisholm) of South Burlington, Harwood Aja (Jane) of Murrells Inlet and David Aja (Shari) of Murrells Inlet; and his granddaughters, Heather, Alexis and Kelli. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
