He was predeceased by: his mother Paula Blake (Frappier). He is survived by: his father Floyd Blake; his cousin James Atkins (McGee Wholesalers); his friend Chris; his brother Craig Blake; his sister-in-law Heidi Hammel; and his nephew Brendan Blake.
