He is survived by: his wife May Folsom; his children, Norman Fortin (Louise), Andy Fortin, Joanne St. Onge (Mike) and Louise Ellis (David); his stepchildren, Noni, Brian Moore, Linda Perry, Bill Crowley, Luke Perry, Dean, Lindy Perry, Rosa, Rick Hathaway, Neal, Becca Perry and Candy Perry; his grandchildren, Vicki, Pio, Monika, Joe, Nick, Noah, Bradley, Connor, Morgan (Rance) and Katie (Ryan); and his sister Germaine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
