He was predeceased by: his parents, George Percy and Georianna Percy (Buck); his spouse Jean Swett; his daughter Belinda Jean Percy; and his brothers, Don, George, Roger, Ron and Gary.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Percy (Pam Brainard) of Derby, VT, Susan Henry (Chris) of Hinesburg, VT, Catherine Hartley (Gerry) of Fairfax, VT and Mike Percy (Rhonda) of Holland, VT; his grandchildren, Melanie, Tara, Josh, Miranda, Jasmine, Caleb, Joe, Aubrey, Ashley, April, Kelsey and Kyran; his siblings, David Percy, Dorcas, Donna, Cindy, Betty, Debbie and Dolores; and his close friends, Jesse, Guy, Phyllis, Larry and Caroline. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
