He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bouchard and Annette Jarvis Bouchard; his son Thomas; and his siblings, Barbara Menna and Bob.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Judge John Mulvey; his wife Irene (Goldsbury); his children, Paula Johnson (John) of St. Albans, VT, Lynda Bouchard of Charlotte, NC and Peter Bouchard (Nora) of Oak Park, IL.; his grandchildren, Mathieu Johnson (Melissa), Meredith Phelan (William) and Marc Johnson (Kristi); and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Mila Johnson, Alice, Henry, Olivia Phelan and Everleigh Johnson.
He was a life member of the VFW Post 758, and the American Legion Post #1, a 4th degree Knight of Columbus Council 297 and a member of Holy Angel's choir, climbing those stairs to the choir loft until he was 92 and COVID ended weekly singing.
