He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kelley and Patricia Kelley (Marino); and his sister Ann Silck. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hunt Kelley; his children, Philip Kelley (Amanda) of Orlando, FL and Christa Kelley Goodwin (Shawn) of Deltona, FL; his grandsons, Zachary of Orlando, FL and Ethan Kelley of Orlando, FL; his sisters, Marie Ortolani (Steve) of Guilford, NH and Pattie Ricci of Salem, MA; and his siblings-in-law, Roger and Janet Cartee of Derby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
