He is survived by: his wife Barbara Burnham of Derby; his children, Erik Burnham (Emily) of Cincinnati and Amity Burnham of Derby; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Gideon and Elias; and his siblings, David Burnham (Kathyrn) of Johnson, VT, Susan Burke of Hardwick, VT and Lori Shatney (Alan) of Kingsland, GA. He is also survived by many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
