Gobeil of Derby Line, Vermont, born in Sherbrooke, Québec, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Gobeil and Valida Gobeil (Pomerleau); and his siblings, Jeanette Desmeules, Madeline Daviau, Gilbete Gobeil and Viateur Gobeil.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Patenaude; his children, Gigi Judd (Brad) of Derby, VT, John Gobeil (Laura) of Derby, VT, Brigitte, Paul Gobeil (Tammy Blais) of Newport, VT and Celeste Gobeil (Joe Capprini) of Hooksett, NH.; his sister Lorraine Gosselin; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Gobeil, Pauline Sousa, Lucille Patenaude and Rose Gravel. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
