He was predeceased by: his father Ruben Wallace; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Luna Hastings (Stuart); his close friend Audrey Brunell; and his siblings, Wallace "Wally" Hastings (Patricia) of Lyndonville, Gordon "Gordy" Hastings (Cindy) of Danville, Ernest "Ernie" Hastings (Madeline) of Lyndon, Jeanette Bergeron of Keene, NH and Alice McGee (Tom) of Sandown, NH. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
