He was predeceased by: his close friend Ruth Cousins; his parents, Benita Joan Boardman Passut (Miller) and Gerald Robert Boardman; his brother Stephen J Boardman (David J Boardman); his stepbrothers, Blaine and Barry Passut; his stepparents, Robert Passut and Evelyn Boardman; and his brother-in-law Jim Zieske.
He is survived by: his son Robert Boardman (Sharon Parker); and his siblings, Bonnie Boardman (Peter Emmons) of Danville, Jane Bronson of Elliot Kaplan, MD., Susan DesLauriers (Raymond) of West Springfield, MA, Paul Boardman, Sheila McCarthy (Kevin) of Port St, Ellen Zieske of Wilmington, MA and James Boardman of Hillsboro, OR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
