He is survived by: his wife Barbara Perkins (Thorne) of Cuttingsville; his children, Mark Perkins of Rutland, Deborah McDonagh of Naugutuck, CT and Jennifer Severance of Clarendon; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Perkins of Wilder and Nancy Wagner of Manchester, NH. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
